Well their season did go until Jan 31st, instead of ending like Jan 5th. You can't hunt public ground when it gets flooded apparently either, because its too easy......you know, just like everyone hopes for a flood to get water on their private ground. I guess the thought of flood water going everywhere and it spreads out the ducks hasn't been introduced to some on the west side.
